ABOUT DR. SUSAN O’MALLEY
Dr. Susan O’Malley helps entrepreneurs and corporate executives redefine their role as leaders so they can understand the impact leadership makes on teamwork, morale and productivity.
As a former emergency room doctor, every time she stepped on to the ER floor, Dr. O’Malley was leading a different team. The patients, staff and challenges were different but the fundamental leadership principles were the same.
Dr. O’Malley shares the strategies she learned under these stressful conditions and applies them to business challenges, making her leadership talk a big hit with corporate executives.

Her talk was so well received that she was invited back in 2016 to present her leadership strategies to the executive track.
At age fifty Dr. O’Malley left the ER and started her business with a $75 newspaper ad and a dream. Dr. O’Malley is a member of the National Speakers Association and is currently serving as the President of the Connecticut chapter. She also served six years on the Board of Directors of the Madison Chamber of Commerce where she started and was chairperson of the Women in Business Committee.
